In consumption market, USA and Europe are the mainly consumption regions due to the bigger demand of downstream applications. In 2017, these two regions occupied 78.20% of the global consumption volume in total.

Soya flour has three types, which include natural, or full-fat, low-fat and defatted. And each type has different applications relatively with different properties. With advantages of soya flour, the downstream application industries will need more soya flour products. So, soya flour has a huge market potential in the future.

The major raw material for soya flour is soybean. Fluctuations in the price of the upstream product will impact on the production cost of soya flour. The production cost of soya flour is also an important factor which could impact the price of soya flour.

We tend to believe this industry is a rising industry, and the consumption increasing degree will show a smooth growth curve. And the price presents fluctuation according to the economy development status and international competition. Also, there is fluctuation in gross margin.
