Trichlorosilane is an indispensable material in the production reaction process of photovoltaic polysilicon. Its production process is roughly as follows: hydrogen production, hydrogen chloride synthesis, trichlorosilane rectification and purification, reduction, product crushing and finishing, tail gas recovery and cold hydrogenation.
