Description

Fluorescence filter is a key component used in biomedical and life science instruments. Its main function is to separate and select the characteristic band spectra of the excitation light and emission fluorescence of the substance in the biomedical fluorescence inspection and analysis system. Fluorescence filters generally include three combinations, namely excitation filters, emission filters and dichroic mirrors. The typical characteristics of the fluorescence filter are deep cut-off depth, small autofluorescence, and a good transmission surface shape is required to facilitate the extraction of fluorescence imaging. Therefore, a better fluorescent filter uses a single piece of colorless and transparent glass as the substrate, and coats the two surfaces of the glass. Compared with conventional fluorescent filters that use multi-piece glued or colored glass to assist cut-off, the single-chip type has obvious advantages in fluorescence imaging, but because the production of single-chip type fluorescent filters is very difficult, the cost is higher. . Fluorescence filters are used in various medical analysis and detection instruments such as PCR machines, fluorescence immunoassay analyzers, and fluorescence microscopes.

Fluorescence filter is a key component used in biomedical and life science instruments. Its main function is to separate and select the characteristic band spectra of the excitation light and emission fluorescence of the substance in the biomedical fluorescence inspection and analysis system. Fluorescence filters generally include three combinations, namely excitation filters, emission filters and dichroic mirrors. The typical characteristics of the fluorescence filter are deep cut-off depth, small autofluorescence, and a good transmission surface shape is required to facilitate the extraction of fluorescence imaging. Therefore, a better fluorescent filter uses a single piece of colorless and transparent glass as the substrate, and coats the two surfaces of the glass.
