Tetraethyl Orthosilicate (TEOS), also known as tetraethoxysilane (TEOS), its chemical formula is Si(OC2H5)4. Electronic grade tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS), which belongs to high-end microelectronic chemicals, is the third-generation semiconductor material and emerging semiconductor. Electronic grade TEOS is widely used in chemical vapor deposition process to form silicon dioxide deposition film, to prevent pollutants and impurities from entering semiconductor components, and at the same time, it can produce conductive layer or insulating layer, produce anti-reflection film to improve light absorption rate, and temporarily block etching etc. It is a kind of electronic chemicals required for the manufacture of semiconductors, discrete devices, and microelectromechanical systems (MEMS).
